E.S.W.L (MItech)

Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy with hydraulic power (ESWL), which use of shock waves acting from outside the body in areas with gravels. Waves penetrate the body surface, spread in water enviroment to converge at the gravel and make it break into small pieces. Gravel will be pushed out in urine. This method of treatment is applied to the case of kidney gravel size is less than 3cm at the positions such as 1/3 gravel on the ureter, lower calycex group gravel but part of the calycex neck must be wide, upper calycex group gravel, gravel in renal pevils.
M.I.TECH repurchase Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy technology from GEMSS MEDICAL, to continue succeessfulnees after more than 20 years of development, MITECH has developed a solution that integrates X-ray positioning and ultrasonic positioning to be able to locate and observe non- adiaphanous gravel types with X-rays help to improve the effectiveness of treatment for patients. In parallel, we develop two lithotripsy technologies: magnetic disc technology (ASADAL M1) and electrode technology (SDS-5000).
